• How far in advance should I place orders?

  We recommend placing your order at least one week before your desired pickup or delivery date. Ordering in advance allows us to source the freshest flowers, ensure availability, and create your bouquet with the attention to detail it deserves.

• What types of payments do you accept?

  For your convenience, we accept all major debit and credit cards through a secure checkout link, as well as Tap to Pay, Venmo, and cash. Our secure payment process makes ordering simple while ensuring your information is protected.

• Do you offer same-day or next-day orders?

  We typically do not offer same-day or next-day orders. To ensure the freshest flowers and the highest quality arrangements, we recommend placing your order at least one week in advance. If you have a last-minute request, feel free to contact us — we'll do our best to accommodate your order based on our schedule and flower availability.

• Can I choose specific flowers?

  Absolutely! If you have specific flowers or a particular vision in mind, we'd love to bring it to life. To ensure we can source your requested blooms through our wholesale supplier, we require at least two weeks' notice for custom flower requests. Availability may vary depending on the season and supplier inventory.

• Do you require a deposit?

  Yes. A 50% deposit is required for all orders to reserve your pick-up or delivery date and begin sourcing the flowers for your arrangement. The remaining balance will be due on the date of your pick-up or delivery.

• What is your cancellation policy?

  Orders are confirmed once a 50% deposit has been placed and confirmed.

  • Cancellations made more than 2 days before your delivery or pickup date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations made within 2 days of the delivery or pickup date are not guaranteed a refund of the deposit.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  The same policy applies to all orders, including custom and quote-based orders (plushies, special editions, large custom rose orders).

• How long will my flowers last?

  With proper care, most fresh flower arrangements last between 5–10 days. Flower longevity can vary depending on the types of blooms included in your bouquet, as some flowers naturally have a longer vase life than others. For the best results, keep your flowers in fresh water, trim the stems regularly, and avoid direct sunlight.

• How do I care for my bouquet?

  To keep your bouquet looking its best, place it in a clean vase filled with fresh water as soon as possible. Change the water every 2–3 days, trim the stems at a slight angle each time you refresh the water, and remove any leaves that sit below the waterline. Keep your bouquet away from direct sunlight, heat sources, air vents, and ripening fruit to extend its freshness.

• Can you do custom words in baby's breath (grad names, majors)?

  Yes! We love creating personalized floral designs to make your bouquet truly one of a kind. We offer custom lettering in baby's breath, graduation names and majors, toppers, and personalized ribbons for celebrations and other special occasions. If you have a unique idea in mind, we'd be happy to work with you to bring your vision to life.

• Do you offer fresh or artificial flowers?
