Privacy Policy

When you submit an order request through our website, we collect:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address (optional — you may order with a phone number only)
• Your delivery address, if you choose delivery
• Order details — the type of arrangement, size, colors, wrapping, add-ons, personalized note text, monogram text, and any special requests
• The occasion for your order and the date you need it
• Inspiration photos you choose to upload
• Any notes or messages you include with your request

We do not collect payment card information. When you pay, you are directed to a secure payment page hosted by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers or visible to us.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. We do not track your browsing behavior.

We use your information solely to:

• Review your order request and prepare a quote
• Contact you to confirm details, pricing, and timing
• Create and send you a payment link
• Fulfill and deliver your order
• Keep a record of the order for our own business purposes

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing emails unless you separately ask us to.

We share information only with the service providers we need to run the business:

• Stripe — processes payments. When we send you a payment link, Stripe receives the order amount and any information needed to process the transaction. Stripe’s privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data: stripe.com/privacy
• Cloudflare (R2) — stores the inspiration photos you upload. Photos are stored privately and are not publicly accessible.
• Our email provider — used to send order notifications and to contact you about your order.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to (for example, in response to a valid legal request).

Photos you upload are stored privately. They are not published, not shared, and not publicly accessible — only Ayesh Fleurs can view them, through a password-protected admin dashboard.

Photos are kept only as long as they are needed to fulfill your order. Once your order is complete, the photos are removed. You may ask us to delete your photos at any time.

We keep order records for as long as needed to run the business and meet any recordkeeping obligations (for example, tax records). Inspiration photos are removed once your order is complete, as described above.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see below.

You can contact us to:

• Ask what information we have about you
• Correct anything that’s wrong
• Ask us to delete your information, including your photos

To do any of these, email [email protected]. We’ll respond as soon as we reasonably can.

Note: we may need to keep certain records (like completed transactions) where we’re required to.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. The admin dashboard is password-protected. Uploaded photos are stored privately and served only to an authenticated administrator. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our systems.

No system is perfectly secure, and we can’t guarantee absolute security — but we don’t collect more than we need, and we don’t keep it longer than we need.

Our website is not directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we’ll delete it.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the effective date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
