The fine print
Terms of Service
Effective date: July 12, 2026
These terms cover your use of ayeshfleurs.com and any order you place with Ayesh Fleurs.
How ordering works
Submitting a request is not a purchase. When you fill out the order form on our website, you are sending us a request, not placing a paid order. Nothing is charged at that moment.
Here’s what actually happens:
- You submit a request describing what you’d like.
- We review it and confirm the final pricing, availability, and details with you.
- We send you a payment link. Only then is anything charged.
- We make and deliver your arrangement.
This means the price you see on the website (where shown) is a starting point, not a final quote. Many of our arrangements are custom and priced individually. We will always confirm the final price with you before you pay anything.
Pricing
- Prices listed on the site are starting prices where shown, and several items are quoted individually.
- Delivery fees vary by location and are confirmed with your order.
- The final price is the one we confirm with you and that appears on your payment link.
Payment
Payment is handled through Stripe. Orders are confirmed once a 50% deposit has been placed and confirmed, with the remaining 50% due on completion.
We accept payment through the link we send you. We may also accept cash or other arrangements by agreement.
Lead time
We require at least 7 days’ notice for orders. Orders involving specific flowers may require up to 14 days, since those flowers must be sourced. The website will not let you select a date inside these windows.
We may not be able to accommodate rush requests. If you need something sooner, contact us directly and we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s possible.
Delivery and pickup
We deliver within roughly an hour’s drive of O’Fallon, Missouri — covering the greater St. Louis metro and reaching areas including Edwardsville, Illinois. Local pickup is also available.
If you’re unsure whether you’re in our delivery range, just ask.
Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery. If no one is available and we can’t safely leave the arrangement, we may need to reschedule, and additional charges may apply.
Cancellations and changes
Orders are confirmed once a 50% deposit has been placed and confirmed.
- Cancellations made more than 2 days before your delivery or pickup date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 2 days of the delivery or pickup date are not guaranteed a refund of the deposit.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability.
The same policy applies to all orders, including custom and quote-based orders (plushies, special editions, large custom rose orders).
Custom work and substitutions
Every arrangement is made by hand. Flowers are a natural product, and exact stems, colors, and availability vary by season and supplier.
We may substitute flowers of equal or greater value to maintain the style, color palette, and quality of your arrangement. If a substitution would meaningfully change your order, we’ll contact you first.
Photos on our website show past work. Your arrangement will be made in the same spirit and to the same standard, but will not be an identical reproduction.
Photos you upload
By uploading inspiration photos, you confirm you have the right to share them with us. We use them only to understand what you’re looking for. We do not publish them or share them publicly. See our Privacy Policy for how they’re stored and deleted.
Our photos and content
The photos, text, and design on this website belong to Ayesh Fleurs. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.
Accuracy
We do our best to keep the website accurate, but we can’t guarantee that every detail — pricing, availability, description — is error-free or current at all times. We reserve the right to correct errors and to decline or cancel an order if something is clearly wrong.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayesh Fleurs’ liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
